Assembles electronic components, wire wrap cards, assemble modules, Hydraulic pumps, subassemblies, equipment boards, harnesses, panels, power supplies and cables.
Reads work orders, folllows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
Works with engineering to develop new techniques or to resolve difficult and unusual problems, makes recommendation for fixtures and production aids.
Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each othe in jig, fixture, or other holding device.
Connects component lead wires to printed circuit or routes and connects wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points.
Performs on-line- go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Accountable for the control and distribution of documents and/or equipment subject to export control restrictions and the security of FlightSafety materials, projects and business information regarding the methods and techniques used in the production and usage of FlightSafety products.

Able to adhere to a work schedule including prompt and regular attendance.
