Job Description

  • Responsible for Engineering support on various aircraft structure/system/interior/avionics.
  • Develops and substantiates repairs and dispositions for discrepancies on transport category aircraft.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves operational issues on transport category aircraft.
  • This position is for night shift coverage in the Integrated Operation Center in Dallas/Fort Worth.
  • Candidates who apply for this position must be willing and able to work irregular hours and shift schedules.

Job Qualifications

  • Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering Degree (BS) or similar discipline from an accredited college/university

  • 3 to 5 years work experience as engineer with airframe/system or related experience preferred

  • Excellent analytical, technical writing, problem solving, communication, planning and organizational skills required

  • Familiarity with CFRs, maintenance programs, SRM, AMM, IPC, FIM and CMM is preferred

  • Possess good interpersonal skills to work with others and under pressure

  • Must be willing and able to work irregular hours and shift schedules

  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined in their work ethics

  • Must be able to travel
