  • Working closely with the Technology Delivery organization and the Director of Enterprise Architecture, understand business units’ current and future functional and technology needs.
  • Manage application and techology roadmaps for assigned area.
  • Work with the Director of Enterprise Architecture to create a consolidated business and IT roadmap.
  • Keep abreast of current, new and emerging technologies and determine how they can create value for Hawaiian Airlines.
  • Work with senior leadership and department leaders to assess the case for technology adoption based on business case.
  • Liase with vendors and service providers to select the products or services that best meet company goals.
  • Develop solution architecture for key projects.

Basic Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, relevant certifications, and professional training programs
  • Ten years of professional experience, with at least five years of relevant industry / functional experience.
  • Experience with distributed systems, infrastructure, application architecture, and cyber security.
  • Experience developing business and technology roadmaps and related artifacts.
  • Excellent client/user interaction skills to determine requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
  • Strong  presentation and written skills.

Preferred Requirements

  • Graduate degree in information systems, engineering, or a similar field.
  • Three (3) or more years of airline industry experience.
