Job description

- Manage in coordination with Safran Landing Systems HSE Focal Point, an ergonomic program that will be deployed through Wheels and Breaks sites
- Develop and lead Ergonomic network for all Wheels and Breaks sites and all sites located in Mexico, US, Canada in relation with Safran Landing Systems HSE Focal Point
- Support local HSE department to realize ergonomic evaluations and implement equipment and furniture recommendations and provide ergonomic expertise
- Prepare reports or presentations summarizing results or conclusions of ergonomics activities, ergonomics feedback for Safran Landing Systems (best practices and lessons learned)
- Schedule evaluations and work with operational teams to ensure ergonomic conditions are implemented and maintained
- Support and advise operational managers and SHE team, especially on Ergonomic Standard deployment
- Recommend workplace changes to improve health safety, using knowledge of potentially harmful factors such as heavy loads or repetitive motions
- Integrate ergonomics data in new operational programs
- Participate in the Safran Group ergonomists network and collaborate with the Group ergonomic program manager
- Develop and sustain collaborative relationships with corporate and regional business partners and stakeholders on health safety issues
- Perform other duties as required

Candidate skills & requirements

- Master's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering
- 10+ years related experience
- Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) certification or an equivalent international certification preferrred
- Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (English - Spanish - French)
- Project management experience
