Typical Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree with Typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
U.S Citizen. Must have active US DOD Secret clearance (minimum).
Aircrew and/or or Maintenance Training Experience in F-15 Aircraft Configuration (any/or all variants) and Systems.
Understands Customer Squadron day-to-day flight operations relative to Training instruction and delivery. Demonstrates extensive knowledge of combat aircraft aircrew operations and training aspects.
Must be able to travel 25% of the time.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Familiarity with F-15 Simulator capabilities as it relates to Training delivery.
Understands courseware development processes, associated tools, methodologies, etc.
