The Boeing Company Facilities & Asset Management (F&AM) has a requirement for a talented and motivated transformational leader to join the F&AM St. Louis Team. This candidate will lead diverse teams from Project/Construction Management, Maintenance, Contracted Services, High Power Distribution, Transportation or other Regional Services activities.

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

*

Lead, manage, develop and motivate employees;

*

Responsible for promoting a healthy safety culture, managing budget, long range business planning, maintaining/improving service culture, and improving the efficiency of the organization;

*

Collaboration with other sites, multiple Business Partners and other service groups while demonstrating the ability to quickly learn multiple F&AM businesses.

Specific services that the candidate could be expected to lead are Maintenance teams (self-performing or supplier based), customer interface activities, project management teams, asset renewal strategy efforts, transportation related services, surplus sales and other site activities.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects that created a significant change in how service delivery was performed with demonstrated improvement to cost and quality;

*

Strong people leadership skills and demonstrated ability to drive and influence change (Change Agent.);

*

Adept at conflict management, collaboration, developing talent and holding candid conversations.

Qualifications

Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

This will require continuous production support and interaction/communication with customers. This position will be a variable shift consisting of days, weekends & nights.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Willing to work variable shifts; including day, evening, night and weekends;
• Experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Knowledge of electrical systems including National Electrical Code, basic relay logic and high voltage systems;
• 3+ years’ experience in Facilities Operations or Facilities Management;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher;
• Experience leading a team or project, and coaching or teaching others;
• Experience engaging executive level leaders;
• Experience with project management;
• Experience using Program Management Best Practices.
