Overview:

Triumph Aerospace Structures, a tier-one manufacturer for commercial, military, and business jet aircraft is currently seeking a Integration Leader for its Red Oak, TX facility. The Integration Leader will be responsible for the overall Schedule and Technical Execution of Work, scope to transfer, from Red Oak to the Bombardier Final Assembly Line in Toronto in support of Triumph Wing build completions through 2018. This is a direct program and organizational leadership interfacing role within both organizations.

Triumph Group designs, engineers, manufactures, repairs and overhauls a broad portfolio of aviation and industrial components, accessories, sub-assemblies, systems and aircraft structures. We partner with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and operators of commercial, regional, business and military aircraft worldwide, to provide products and services that solve their hardest problems. Triumph makes a commitment to quality, service and meeting the specialized needs of each customer, whatever the part, component or complexity of assembly.

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for managing within the confines of Program costs and coordinates between Triumph leaders at both locations. Position leads work with direct employees and staff on various functional organizations with program authority to meet plans and program commitments. Responsible for providing insight between functional groups and customer regarding progress, roadblocks, and dependencies to enhance timely communication.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
* 10-15 years of related experience in aerospace project leadership, project engineering, integration, Operations Management, and experience/exposure supporting a new development program in one of the key functional areas (engineering, planning, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, supplier management, or operations)
* Strong communication skills - verbal, writing, presentation, listening
* Interpersonal skills
* Decision making
* Solid analytical skills and strong business acumen
* Demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations
* Open to new challenges
