The SF Solution Architect will be responsible for overseeing technical program management, and managing a team that designs technical solutions for SF Cloud Technology. They will Influence and develop the enterprise architecture approach and governance model with alignment to business strategy. The SF Solution Architect will possess deep domain expertise in the SAP SuccessFactors suite to design SF solutions in PMGM, Recruitment/Marketing, Onboarding and LSM modules. They will lead and manage teams or workstreams to contribute to the overall project success. The SF Solution Architect will maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables accurate. They will work closely with the tower leads and business analysts to deliver SF solutions, and would manage and monitor / track delivered solutions to ensure fit with overall technology and business direction.

Use SAP Technologies/tools to implement integrations between Successfactors and SAP ERP and between SF and 3rd party apps.
Oversee the design and delivery of the SAP Success Factors solution, with deep techno-functional skills to help with both functional and technical aspects of various integrations.
Enable effective communication between implementation teams and stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot complex integration issues using analysis, experience and judgment.
Contribute to overall Enterprise Architecture strategy by advising on the technical and business implications of specific design choices.
Collaborate with HR PMO and HR Analytics and Reporting teams to manage program planning and reporting, and leading work streams in larger programs.
Create solution documentation, system configuration guides, processes and application design documents
Accountable for preserving application health in Success Factors Cloud Technology that domain areas of PMGM, Recruitment/Marketing, Onboarding and LMS, including root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Collaborates with solution architects, configuration SME's, data migration and integration leads to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
Has a good functional understanding of the product to aid in workshops and architect solutions.

Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or other relevant field of study.
Proven experience designing SAP SuccessFactors solutions in most or all of these modules - PMGM, Recruiting, Marketing, Onboarding, EC, Payroll, Time and Record and LMS,.
Good knowledge of integration techniques provided by the SAP like the RFC SDK, ALE/IDOC and BAPI Business Objects library is essential.
ABAP Programming skills with modular experience including HR and Payroll a strong plus.
Good understanding of ERP architecture, functionality, integration API and configurations.
Ability to understand/gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Integrating third party applications using SAP technologies like NetWeaver PI is preferred.
Knowledge of Java, XML or OOD methodologies a plus.
Should be able to handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of time.
Excellent soft skills and strong communication skills required.
Professional services experience is preferred.
Previous experience leading a team of SAP consultants desired.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
