Support the Intelligence Community and the Department Of Defense by providing GEOINT functional, analytical, training, and technical subject matter expertise to deployed tactical Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems.

Must travel to Okinawa Japan for 12 month work assignment

Responsibilities

* Apply GEOINT expertise on the operations of National and Tactical intelligence systems and conduct data analysis for the purpose of maintaining situational awareness in support of tactical intelligence analysts.

* Participate in the GEOINT portions of New Equipment Training (NET) and refresher training.

* Provide Over-the-Shoulder training to tactical intelligence analysts.

* Provide daily operational support to data analysis functions and assist field service engineers with routine system maintenance and troubleshooting.

* Generate professional briefings / presentations that detail daily intelligence updates, system architectures, and system status reports.

* Generate training and education materials tailored towards education tactical analysts on system capabilities and analytical toolkit (software) functions.

* Assist field service engineers with the installation and testing of software upgrades in the field.

* Learn the overall system architecture and serve as the on-site expert on sub-systems.

* Provide status updates to the Government customer as directed.

* Be able to conduct long duration travel to support system deployments.

* Document and record procedural changes and update existing standard operating procedures (SOP)

Qualifications

This position requires an active Top Secret with SSBI U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Must travel to Huntington Beach, CA for 1 month training assignment

Must travel to Okinawa Japan for 12 month work assignment

Typical Education and/or Experience
Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

Required Qualifications

* Experience using Government intelligence systems for analysis and production of GEOINT products

Preferred Skills

* Military/Government sponsored education in the field of Geo-spatial Intelligence

* Experience with data analysis capabilities

* Experience using software exploitation tools for analysis and production of GEOINT products
