Job description

HR communications specialist is responsible for the overall messaging of HR communications within the North America zone. You will develop effective and creative communications to the employees as well as promote the Safran brand via social media. You will frequently write and edit HR policies including the employee handbook , policies, and organization-wide notices. Your responsibilities include the development of content and the dissemination of information via the Safran website and HR bulletins. You will also develop branding for the services provided by the Safran USA Shared Services Center.

Additional description

• Design a quarterly bulletin or newsletter to all HR in the zone
• Design a standard shared services bulletin – to announce system issues, process changes, and legal updates
• Create standard branding for consistent communications
• Monitor, respond, and post on social media
• Design new branding of health benefits
• Design new branding of the recruiting and new employee experience
• Communicate to veteran agencies about Safran
• Brand EEO programs
• HR policies Write or edit
• Brand North America employee resource group information
• Develop executive messaging
• Prepare presentations and internal memos to share information
• Partner with Safran departments for event planning

Travel specifictity

• 5% - minor travel for work (visiting affiliates)
