HR Recruiting Assistant  - Part Time
 
Location: Charlotte, NC
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Director of Recruiting
Travel: Rare  (0%-5%)
Relocation: Local candidates preferred
 
Summary/Objective:  The HR Assistant will be a part-time member of the HR Pilot Recruiting team in Charlotte, supporting recruiting processes and efficiencies with the Pilot Recruiters and Coordinators.    
 
Essential Functions: 
Support the recruiting work flow processes for Pilot Recruiting, Rotor Transition Recruiting, and all other associated recruiting programs.
Prepare HR interview recruiting packages for Pilot Recruiting Team  
Coordinate interview and initial onboarding travel for all candidates
Support project plans and execution; where needed.  
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to recruiting systems and processes
Knowledge of Business Communication processes
Ability to learn technology systems for recruiting practices
Preferred knowledge of AA Sabre Travel booking system
Preferred Airline experience

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time position with first shift work hours. 
 
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
 
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb up and down stairs; lift weight up to 25 lbs; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
