Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will support the Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will complete administrative duties in all Human Resources functions including but not limited to data entry and filing of confidential documents. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Outstanding organizational skills

* Excellent typing and data entry skills

* Advanced MS Word and Excel skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to work independently meeting specified deadlines

* Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff

* Excellent attendance record

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience with responsibility for confidential documents

* Prior experience in a busy office environment

Work Environment:

* Standard office environment. Use of computers and other office equipment

* Limited travel is required

Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
