Human Resources Specialist

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible to provide professional and administrative support for all Human Resources activities for the Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group with bases located in Canada, the US and overseas.

Principal Responsibilities :

Administrative Support :

Provides day to day administrative support to the Manager. Human Resources

Maintains data and provides regular reports as required (weekly, monthly, annually)

Assists employees with the completion of CSST and benefits forms

Is first contact for internal and external enquiries to the Human Resources department

Participates in the implementation of special projects

Prepares annual Employment Equity Report

Recruitment:

Coordinates the recruitment process

Participates in recruitment activities as assigned (Screening of candidates, interviews)

Participates in Orientation activities

Performs Exit interviews

Prepares annual Employment Equity report

Staff Relations:

Provides support in the management of recognitions, disciplines and grievances

Benefits:

Coordinates employee on-boarding, modifications and maintains files up to date regarding insurance and Group RRSP

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or Certificate in Human Resources

3-5 years of relevant Human Resources experience; in aviation an asset

Experience in an unionized environment is an asset

Proven advanced computer skills (Microsoft office)

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills essential

Bilingual, spoken and written (English and French)
