This position will own the execution of the long-term site & supply chain industrial & operational strategy for theneo program ramp-up.

Manages industrialization, strategic activities, and technology incorporation across the seven program sites for alignment. Oversees the overall industrial capacity and drives the make and buy strategies, along with manufacturing transfers’ success. Responsible for managing the program Capital Expenditures budget and executing on tooling & equipment procurement. Serves as the face of the organization to the customer on the overall Rate Readiness, quarterly reviews, and audits. Role will include managing a dedicated team focused on industrial projects and sustained progress.

Qualification:

* Directs all industrial phases from inception with tool/layout design, through incorporation of equipment, tools, & processes.
* Interfaces with customers for rate readiness confidence in support of the aggressive and unprecedented ramp-up activities.
* Generates site & supply strategies, including work transfers’ execution for the neo program.
* Coordinates closely with the seven operational sites and program management team to generate tooling solutions to resolve producibility constraints and efficiency improvements. Operational sites include composites technology, metal forming, assembly, painting and podding.
* Ensures all program sites meet industrial capacity and staffing needs to support rates.
* Leads internal and external rate readiness presentations, including status reports to executive team.
* Generates proposals and manages CapEx budget for tooling and equipment.
* Role includes managing a dedicated team focused on industrial projects and sustained progress.
* Monitors strategic planning efforts for medium and/or complex programs.
* Demonstrates continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
* Travel required up to 20%, including potential international travel to sites in Mexico, China, France, and Germany.

Due to federal regulation or contracting requirements, this position is only available to those who are legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Education: •Bachelor's degree w/ 8+ years of experience
•Master's degree with 5+ years of experience
