The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Industrial Security Specialist to join the Government Security group in San Antonio, TX. This position requires a self-motivated, energetic Industrial Security Specialist to support a high profile, complex, and dynamic aircraft program.
Conducts assigned Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements. Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action.
Conducts Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities in compliance with government regulations/requirements.
Conducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements.
Performs Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities (e.g., complete fixed/closed facility checklists/survey areas, review and approve facility drawings for new or remodeled classified areas) to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements.
Conducts security awareness training and education program (e.g. briefings, bulletins and visual reminders) to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information.

Required Skills and Experience:
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active

This position will require the ability to obtain a security clearance with a favorable Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or T5 Investigation and customer approval as a condition of employment.

Experience executing Industrial Security Operations to support National Industrial Security Programs (NISP)

Typical Education and Experience:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
