Responsibilities:

 Day to day performance and development of the Flight Attendants assigned to their base

Coach and counsel Flight Attendants as needed regarding performance and attendance;   set goals and conducts performance reviews ·

Research customer and crew comments, recommend progressive guidelines when indicated ·

Ensure compliance with Regulatory agency, corporate and departmental policies, procedures and requirements. ·

Oversight for compliance with uniform and grooming standards ·

Maintain qualifications as a current Company F/A. The Base Manager would be available to fly when needed on a contingent basis

Expected to fly a minimum of 1-3 days per month, on average. ·

Serves as a point of contact for receipt and distribution of In-Flight supplies, uniform items, regulatory materials and required items. · Maintains positive team member communication and relations · Escalates those issues not appropriately or readily handled locally to the Director of Inflight.

Education and Experience:

Must hold valid Passport with correct legal name Must hold valid Driver License with correct legal name

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a flight attendant Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory / Leadership role.

Physical Requirements: Standing/Walking: Must be able to move about department Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up paper products Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Manual Dexterity: Must be able to type and use technical sources Working Conditions: Normal working conditions absent extreme factors
