Administration of the Inflight Services department.
Maintaining an adequate roster of current and qualified flight attendants. The supervision of same to ensure the utmost in cabin service, passenger comfort and safety.
The appointment of Air Transportation Supervisors (ATS) as necessary, with the coordination of the Flight Training Manager.
Coordinate with crew scheduling to ensure the most efficient scheduling and utilization of flight attendants.
Coordinating with the chief pilot and director of operations in the improvement of operating procedures and policies in keeping with changing conditions, equipment experience and competency of personnel.
Conducting a continual review and analysis of Inflight service methods, procedures and standard practices and proposing improvements that will result in the highest quality of cabin safety, service and passenger comfort. Revise Flight Attendant Manual and Flight Attendant Training Manual and recommend changes to the training curriculum to meet the above objectives, as it pertains to policy and procedures.
Establish procedures for maintaining flight attendant records as applicable to Company policies and FAA Regulations.
Reports to: Inflight Manager
Maintain qualification as ATS.
Must have past supervisory experience.
Must have 2 years or more as an ATS flight attendant in operations conducted under 14 CFR Part 121
