  • Instruct and facilitate various Maintenance training courses (e.g. fleet maintenance, GSE maintenance)
  • Develop and update training programs/lesson materials 
  • Write and proof Customer Service manual revisions 
  • Conduct self study and research in courses taught and adequately prepare for scheduled classes
  • Coordinate with other company trainers on standardized information (ramp operations, etc.)
  • Train the trainer and evaluate designated instructor performance 
  • Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Two years of college education preferred
  • Must possess FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses 
  • Must possess qualification on B-717, B-767 and Airbus aircraft 
  • Must have knowledge of computers: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CHAMPS and SABRE systems
  • Must have knowledge and use of the HAL GMM, SPM and MEL
