* Qualified candidates must be in their Junior or Senior Year, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Pursuing a Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies used in eliminating waste from manufacturing processes needed.
* Innovative approach for driving process efficiencies and cost reduction
* Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Good interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels in the organization
* Candidates must be a US Citizens or a US Permanent Resident.

All Positions at Triumph Engine Control Systems require access to information or technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other US government security regulations. These laws do not permit access rights to non-US Citizens or to other unauthorized individuals. Therefore, presently all applicants must be US Citizens or US Permanent Residents (*green card holders*) and/or otherwise comply with ITAR requirements for access rights to be considered for a position.
