Job Overview

Do you love to travel?  As an Auditor of the Internal Evaluation Program, you will conduct Station Audits and must have the ability to travel up to 70% of the time. You will investigate aircraft and equipment damage. As well as conduct operational department audits and participate in company emergency response preparedness.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Conduct station audits
  • Investigate aircraft damage
  • Investigate ground support equipment damage
  • Conduct operational department audits
  • Participate in company Emergency Response Preparedness

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform station audits: complete reports, root cause, ensure corrective actions are implemented (60%)
  • Review station self-audits and follow up (10%)
  • Perform audits to evaluate safety, processes and regulatory compliance (10%)
  • Assist process owners with root cause analysis and corrective action plans (5%)
  • Assist in the development and support of the Frontier Safety Management System (5%)
  • Conduct aircraft and ground equipment damage investigations (5%)
  • Other duties as assigned. (5%)
  • Other duties as assigned by the QA/IEP Manager, including cross training in other operational or safety functions
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two to four years of air carrier operational experience required
  • Two years of process/regulatory auditing experience in commercial aviation preferred
  • General understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with FAA Operation Specifications
  • Familiarity with Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent presentation and report-writing skills
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships
  • Ability to travel to perform audits
