Reporting to the Director of International Security, this candidates responsibilities include support for international security program development, coordination, implementation, and compliance monitoring. Other responsibilities will include:

* Proven ability to manage projects requiring multi-discipline presentational and analytical skills and identify pathways to strategic solutions through the application of intellect and pragmatic thought processes.

* Implementing and administering policies, programs, and plans for the protection of sensitive government and company information. Consult with customers and company and external organizations to recommend and propose new or alternative solutions, improvements, and enhancements.

* Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex questions and problems. Provides guidance and training to less experienced personnel. Oversee the design, development and implementation of security risk management programs, processes and procedures for the protection of company people, property, information and interests.

* Oversee the design, development and implementation of information protection programs, processes and procedures for the protection of company people, property, information and interests.

* Produces outlines, subject matter, conducts research, uses office applications for the training purposes and identifies key equipment necessary to deliver training. Assist in management of training programs and deliver training in accordance with customer requirements.

* Coordinate complex logistics arrangements for large scale business events including support to Executives.

* May require domestic and international travel, potentially for extended periods of time including weekends and to potentially higher risk areas.

* This team operates primarily in a telecommuting mode; must be able to work independently and effectively in this environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required qualifications:

* Ability to effectively partner with and lead Boeing teams in completing actions supportive of program efforts

* Demonstrated leadership skills

* Ability to participate in, potentially lead, multi-disciplined teams is required

* MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint with advanced proficiency

* 25% Domestic and International Travel Required

Preferred qualifications:

* Experience with supporting international programs, business partners, customers and suppliers

* Ability to develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.

* Ability to analyze evolving security requirements to develop effective Boeing action plans and help facilitate implementation efforts to a successful conclusion.

* Project Management training/certification

* Excellent Communication Skills (English: Written and Verbal)

* Experience supporting the building and delivery of concise presentations to varied audiences

* Must be flexible in adapting to changing program priorities, deadlines, tasks, and resource limitations

* May require domestic and international travel, potentially for extended periods of time including weekends and to potentially higher risk areas.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
