POSITION SUMMARY
Flexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Invoice Analyst team in Cleveland Ohio.  The position is responsible for reviewing/validating vendor maintenance/parts invoices.  To seek out warranty and other cost recovery opportunities.  This position will be working with several different departments to ensure vendor accuracy and timeliness of payments and credits.  The right person for this position will be able to negotiate favorable outcomes to settle invoice warranty and disputes.  A successful candidate will have a general understanding of 
accounts payable and coding invoices to the correct general ledger accounts. Preference will be given to candidate with airframe/engine experience/training. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy.  Identify and act upon cost recovery opportunities.
  • Negotiate favorable outcomes to settle invoice warranty and disputes. 
  • Analyze contracts for parts, maintenance, and warranty coverage on all fleets of aircraft. 
  • Research parts installed and removed from aircraft for possible programs coverage.   
  • Process and code invoices to the correct general ledger account. 
  • The ability to establish effective business relationships with vendors.
  • Communicate with vendors via phone, email, and other correspondences.
  • Research vendor payments
  • Maintain detailed records to include all pertinent information for warranty and program coverage. 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE    
  • 2 years of experience, preferably in a related aviation maintenance support position (Records, Planning etc.)
  • Valid Airframe/Power plant certificate(s) or related Associate’s Degree desirable
  • Candidate with CAMP & Oracle experience a plus

  • Successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-directed, proactive individual who works effectively under pressure and time constraints with the ability to multi-task and work within a team environment
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, professionalism, and fanatical attention to detail 
  • Required to meet deadlines, must be comfortable prioritizing tasks, demonstrate flexibility, display a strong work ethic, and sense of urgency
  • Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to obtain a high level of familiarity quickly 
  • Must be able to perform very detailed work, with proficiency in analyzing and understanding technical manuals and documents
