Job Summary:
The IT Support Analyst is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related computer systems infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational policies and maintains performance. This individual will assist employees with technical issues with the various systems and advise on adoption of new technologies.

This individual is accountable for the following systems: systems that support local site infrastructure; Windows and Application systems that support local business systems; local phone system and security system administration. Responsibilities on these systems include provisioning, operations and support, maintenance, user administration and research and development to ensure continual innovation.
The individual will also be responsible for remote user support, including cell phone and remote access administration.

Essential Functions:
• ERP system support and general administration (Macola).
o Add/move/change users
o Manage backups and disaster recovery processes.
o Manage ERP vendor upgrades and modifications.
o Create ad hoc queries and reports using Crystal Reports, SSRS and Excel
• Support other locally hosted applications and web servers (Jira/Confluence, etc.)
• Maintain processes and documentation pertaining to SOX compliance and other regulatory requirements.
• Manufacturing support: PC support in a manufacturing floor, as well as assist with systems being sold to customers
• Engineering support: maintain servers and licensing for engineering systems (Solidworks, Blueprint, Optis.)
• Remote support for globally distributed employees: general support for traveling employees and employees at remote locations: email, cellphones, VPN access, etc.
• Desktop support. Troubleshoot and repair existing PC and laptops, deploy new PCs and Laptops.
• Assist with ordering and installing computer hardware and software according to corporate and/or business unit standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• General PC trouble shooting and repair in an enterprise environment.
• General purpose network trouble shooting in a corporate environment both LAN and wireless.
• SQL query writing skills in MS SQL.
• Knowledgeable in Active Directory management.
• Knowledgeable in virtual server management.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills – ability to communicate with management, employees and customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized, strong follow-up and follow-through skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Salary exempt position. Hours over 40 per week can be expected from time to time

Minimum education and work experience required:

1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited four-year college or university,
2. 1-3 years’ experience in IT support in a manufacturing environment.
3. Experience working in large corporate environment highly desirable.
