Role Summary:
Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement / repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

In addition you will :

* Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems

* Connect to customer portals and systems

* May support forecasting, billing and collection activities

* Key contact for customer inquiries

* Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers
* May also engage in sales activities for assigned customers

* Develop a year plan for its own department

* Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working

* Contribute to plan of larger unit

* Communicate across direct organization

* Present to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy

* Diverse clients in a region

* Follows frameworks to get through the processes

* There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Services)

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Order and Fulfillment

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT :

* This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require proof of status prior to employment
