Customer Service Agent Leads work at MSP Terminal 2 (Humphrey) in a variety of weekday and weekend shifts.  The primary responsibility of Lead Station Agents is providing friendly, courteous service to Sun Country passengers as it relates to ticketing, boarding, deplaning and other aspects of terminal operations.  Specific duties include supervising the issuing boarding passes, checking baggage, providing general flight information, selling tickets, providing wheelchair assistance, performing duties necessary to board an aircraft, and providing baggage service.
 
Qualifications:                     
 
  • College degree and/or 2 years related Airline/Customer Service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision under stressful situations
  • Available to work varying shifts averaging 40 hours per week full time, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to work beyond scheduled shift time to accommodate flight operations
  • Conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines
  • Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check as well as a pre- employment drug test
