Air Canada is creating an all-new, digital-first loyalty program that will transform the way it engages with its customers. Our mandate is to re-envision the airline’s customer loyalty and digital products, with the goal of creating an easy-to-use and more personalized experience.

In the upcoming year, we will build a new Loyalty/Customer Analytics/eCommerce team and we’re looking for great people who will thrive in an entrepreneurial, highly-collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced environment to bring this vision to life.

We are looking for people who are passionate about idea execution! Self-starting, analytically strong candidates who have excellent logical and organizational skills, and demonstrate critical thinking and creative problem-solving are great fits for our team. Additionally, we expect these individuals to have an in-depth understanding of customer data needs, to contribute to AC’s strategic data vision, to drive innovation, and to help our IT partners deliver complex systems, leveraging cutting edge technologies—all to convert data into better service and higher revenues.

We are continuously hiring new Customer/Loyalty Analytics positions in the following areas:

* Digital Analytics (Clickstream tagging and analytics for Web, iOS and Android platforms)

* Business Intelligence & Reporting (KPI’s, Dashboard, Reports, and more…)

* Advanced Analytics (Targeting, Segmentation, Offer Optimization, Attribution, and more…)
