Maintenance Supervisor 
The Maintenance Supervisor supervises mechanics in a manner which ensures that all scheduled and unscheduled work is completed with the highest standard of workmanship and in a timely and efficient manner associated with the operation of Silver Airways repair station. This work must be accomplished in accordance with manufactures recommendations or company task cards, and company policies and procedures. 
Essential Job Functions: 
• Adherence with company published policies and procedures is mandatory 
• Manages those resources allocated in an efficient manner and to the satisfaction of the company 
• Ensure that the company's aircraft under the supervisor’s control are maintained in accordance with acceptable maintenance practices and that they satisfy all regulatory requirements of the FAA 
• Responsible for maintaining the welfare of direct report employees and ensuring that safety in the work place is the rule and not the exception 
• Must maintain an up-to-date status of the aircraft which are in work, and assure that this information is made available to the DOM 
• Responsible to the DOM and is expected to carry out any and all directions of the DOM 
• Must control the flow and accuracy of all paperwork and records on the aircraft that are in the work process. 
• Must provide an informative shift turnover 
• Progressively train the personnel under direct report and document all such training 
• Ensure that equipment and tooling is maintained in a serviceable condition or take the necessary actions to make them serviceable 
• Maintain work space and facility, in a neat, clean and orderly manner 
• Maintain a Foreign Object Debris –FOD - free environment 
• Account for company issued tools prior to an aircraft being released 
• Shall promote safety 
• Notify the DOM of any problems encountered while performing his duties 
• Conducts other duties as assigned Knowledge Skills and Abilities 
• The Supervisor will have sufficient experience, as determined by the DOM, to make sound judgments based on furnished data, and the ability to interact with people throughout the maintenance organization 
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
 • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language. 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship 
• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, and FBI Fingerprint & 10 Year Criminal Background Check Education and Experience 
• High School Diploma/Equivalent required 
• FAA Aircraft & Power plant Mechanic Certificate required 
• Minimum 5 – 10 years’ experience required 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the maintenance of high turbo prop aircraft Physical Requirements
