Description Operating as a regional airline in the United States, Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation performs flying services for American Airlines, and ground handling services for American and United Airlines. 

Operating CRJ-200 regional jets as American Eagle, AWAC brings passengers from their hometowns large and small to hubs that provide them with a gateway to countless travel destinations. Additionally, AWAC is a ground handler for American and United Airlines in numerous cities throughout the country. 

With general supervision from the Maintenance Training Manager, the Maintenance Training Instructor will be responsible for developing and conducting technical training programs to support maintenance operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Develops, maintains and teaches maintenance training courses in accordance with the accepted training program.
•Develops and maintains technical training aids and material. 
•Ensures that maintenance training courses under his/her control will be technically accurate, up-to-date, and clearly relevant to the student’s every day work.
•Recommends changes to existing maintenance training programs.
•Maintains curriculums in accordance with IATA, CFR 49, OSHA, FAR, DOT, and EPA.
•Updates and maintains training records for new hire and current maintenance employees.
•Ensures that all specified policies, practices, and procedures are complied with, and follow Company policies and procedures for completion of assigned duties.
•Attendance is considered an essential responsibility.

Requirements Requirements:

•The ideal candidate will possess an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
•Associates or Bachelor degree in Education or Aviation related fields
•Two to four years experience in teaching/instruction
•Experience in an Air Carrier Part 121 maintenance organization
•Canadair CRJ aircraft technical experience
•Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word programs
•Knowledge of web-based development tools
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Ability to handle multiple tasks/interruptions
