- Responsible for leading all facets of Horizon Air passenger and ground operations employees
- Responsible for selection of new employees, their professional development and opportunities for personal growth, the development and communication of local goals and expectations.
- Oversee station operational performance and consistent achievement of customer service standards.
- Promote Horizon Air's shared values with the station team and excellent customer service to other internal work groups and individuals outside the direct responsibility of station operations.
- Cultivate an environment where safety is the most important priority.
- Responsible for and fully engaged in the development of supervisors and team captains.
- Emphasize both Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air operations within all compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Professionally represent Horizon Air in a range of port, civic, and sales related settings.
- Provide written and verbal internal communication regarding station issues and performance, as well as interact directly with Horizon Air's customers on a regular basis.
- Other duties as assigned
- Conduct oneself with Professionalism, Integrity, Ingenuity and Caring 

- Bachelor's degree preferred 
- Six years of customer service experience required
- Three years' experience in an airline supervisory or leadership position, preferably in station operations, required
- In-depth knowledge of station operations, ticketing, passenger service, ground service, airfreight, cost control, budgeting, and labor scheduling required
- Proficient using MS Office Suite and knowledge of Sabre/Image preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to use tact in communicating with others and able to constructively resolve problems 
- Regular and predictable attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum age of 18
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
