Responsibilities: o Develop and implement innovative and effective HR analytical solutions that support a broad array of human resource initiatives and drive business decisions. o Manage all phases of the HR data analysis lifecycle - including extracting large and complex datasets through programs and queries; aggregating data into business intelligence tools; interpreting the results using statistical analyses; and developing reports, models and executive-level presentations. o Collaborate with key HR leaders and business stakeholders to design, develop and present analyses and reports o Develop, maintain and enhance an on-going inventory of reports and dashboards, using a variety of data sources and technologies o Quickly understand business requirements to develop and deploy reports that provide stakeholders with an accurate and precise metrics and business insight. o Serve as an HR leader in statistical methodologies and business intelligence tools o Coach and train team members on workforce analytics best practices.
o Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science and MIS). Master's Degree strongly preferred. o Must possess 10+ years of similar work experience within data analytics, statistical reporting, or quantitative analytics. o Experience with HR systems and data with a strong preference for candidates with hands-on SAP /SuccessFactors HCM experience o Proficiency with Business Intelligence software, Data Analytical tools or database programming; such as SAP Business Objects, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Splunk, Hyperion or Cognos. Advance capabilities in MS Excel required o Experience with creating executive-level reports using PowerPoint and data visualization software o Strong organizational skills with the ability to produce analyses and reports independently o Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic and global environment
