The Manager – Hub Administration reports to the Hub - VP and is a member of Envoy’s Customer Service team.

Primary responsibilities may include:

  • Assign or delegate responsibility for specified work or functional activities and disseminate policies
  • Give work directions, resolve problems, and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work
  • Coordinate activities of the department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy
  • Oversee the application and enforcement of the Attendance Control Policy for the Agent and Ramp workgroups within our hub airport operations
  • Ensure 100% compliance with maintaining appropriate discussion/documentation for employee attendance and performance records
  • Oversee hub recruitment for Passenger Service and Ramp Service departments including the interviewing and selection process as well as all pre-employment processing necessary to bring a new hire onboard
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Department to ensure consistency with coding and employee pay compensation
  • Coordinate injury on duty follow-up, leaves of absence/return to work requests, medical clearance and payroll transaction processing
  • Create and enforce administrative and operational policies and procedures; maintain these policies and procedures on the HUB homepage web site
  • Create and maintain formulated Excel spreadsheets or other reports to analyze trends and facilitate projects in key areas such as budgets, headcount forecasts, overtime spending and attrition logs
  • Investigate and resolve employee administrative discrepancies
  • Prepare and participate in unemployment claim hearings
  • May coach and counsel Agent, Support Staff, and Management workgroups with regard to attendance and performance
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis as required by department heads
