Compass Airlines is seeking an Inflight Standards Manager to join our team at our Minneapolis, Minnesota – Headquarters location. We are looking for an innovative and technical individual, with exceptional business judgment, as well as the initiative and competence to make a significant contribution to the Compass organization.

Job Purpose:
The Manager, Inflight Standards ensures standardization of Inflight policy across all fleet types as well as between operational departments (Flight, Inflight, Customer Service, Training, System Control and Maintenance). This position ensures Flight Attendant compliance with all policy and procedures. 

Job Specifics:

Write and update the Flight Attendant Manual.Review newly-issued FAA regulatory documents including ACs, INFOs and SAFOs and coordinate timely interdepartmental responses to the FAA. Maintains the items relative to Inflight in the Company's Letter of Compliance, SAIs and Flight Attendant Read File system.Develop Flight Attendant bulletins.Prepare for regulatory audits such as DOT, ATOS, IOSA, etc.Ensure Flight Attendant compliance with policy and procedures.
