- Lead a team of 5+ analysts and be accountable to meet unit revenue targets for published fares that generate over $3B in annual revenue
- Define and measure KPI metrics and align goals to drive business process and revenue improvements
- Coordinate cross divisional analysis and research by providing an analytical approach in problem solving and data driven decision support
- Validate and improve existing processes, communicate sound conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership to improve unit revenues and business processes
- Utilize a variety of statistical and analytical databases to help explain business and revenue trends to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc data and analysis for several key stakeholders, i.e. Revenue Management leadership, executive leadership, Network Planning, Marketing, Sales, etc.
- Guide analysts through the creation, implementation, and assessment of pricing strategies, monitoring and providing feedback at each phase
- Act as a champion for the Published Pricing team and help create a culture of analytics, initiative and ownership
- Proactively engage Revenue Management, Planning and Scheduling in the market strategy process
- Effectively communicate pricing strategies and results to all levels of the organization
- Lead and mentor team members to improve analytical, technical and strategic capabilities, including annual performance partnership reviews
- Coordinate cross-divisional projects with Revenue Analysis, Marketing, Sales, Stations, Revenue Management, Planning, IT or other internal or external partners
- Efficiently pull and analyze large data sets in order to make fact-based decisions
- Conduct team meetings and regular market review sessions with department leadership
- Lead Pricing projects and process enhancements
- Be responsible for day-to-day management of all published fare activities and may manage a small market scope of publish fares to keep up with system functionality and pricing strategies
- Responsible for performance partnership reviews for the team members

- Embody the Alaska Spirit and conduct oneself with Professionalism, Integrity, Resourcefulness and Caring

- Undergraduate degree required; degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or similar related degree required 
- MBA or Master's in Stats, Engineering, Operations Research or any other degree in a quantitative field preferred
- Previous Pricing, Revenue Management, Planning or related airline experience required
- 5 + years in airline pricing, revenue management, and/or analytics and analysis experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge in statistical and analytical modeling required
- Experience conducting complex analysis and research projects required
- Advanced experience with Excel and other database programs such as SQL, Access, Business Objects or Brio preferred
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and lead a team of analysts to ensure goals are met/exceeded
- Experience in leading a team with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate initiative and accountability to drive results
- Minimum age of 18
- Must be authorized to work in the U. S.
