Description
  • Manages teams of Quality Assurance Engineers responsible for the QA manual and automated testing of systems at Hawaiian Airlines.
  • Provide management and leadership to onshore and offshore teams.
  • Manage development and execution of testing plans across multiple development, test, and production environments across multiple platforms.
  • Coach and mentor team members to grow their knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, relevant certifications, and professional training programs
  • 8+ years of professional experience, with at least five years of relevant industry / technical experience
  • Excellent client/user interaction skills to determine requirements
  • Completed at least 3 full product releases cycles
  • Strong presentation and written skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing both a onshore and offshore teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Test Manager.
  • Experience with deployment using Sitecore TDS.
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Rackspace
