Responsible for the development and delivery of initiatives to improve Air Canada’s Flight Operations Quality Assurance Program for the purpose of managing Branch risk with efficacy. Establish strong working relationships with quality, risk and safety professionals throughout the company and work closely with Flight Operations, Flight Dispatch and Corporate Safety, Environment and Quality to ensure continuity of QA initiatives. The Manager, Quality will perform and manage activities relating to process/procedure design, compliance and process auditing, audit scheduling and compliance/conformance monitoring, employing continuous improvement and change management methodologies to accomplish regulatory and business objectives.
