Spectrolab is seeking a Manufacturing Manager with skills to lead a multi-skilled manufacturing team. Do you like to serve or support domestic and foreign Military Services, Law Enforcement Agencies, Search and Rescue Teams, and Emergency Medical Services? The Spectrolab Illumination & Sensor
Products division is looking for you! These are just a few of the customers that rely on Spectrolab’s Illumination Products to protect borders, fight crime, and save lives worldwide. Tasks include: Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Experience leading multi-disciplined manufacturing teams
Experience working with internal and external customers
Experience collaborating and integrating various functional groups such as manufacturing, engineering and supplier management
