Boeing Operations Development (BDS) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst, Level 4 to join our team.

*

Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.

*

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.

*

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

*

Works under minimal direction.

* Point of contact (POC) for all Operations that pertain to facility involvement, repairs, coordination, and de-conflict issues to a resolution in order to maintain schedules and production.

* POC for NASA to interface with on anything facility/KSC related, also charged to track NASA real property.

* POC for property during audits.

* POC for the Starliner program with anything KSC facility related.

* Interface with all NASA contractors to coordinate planned and unplanned activities/maintenance.

* Review/coordinate/approver of all outages (KSC or Boeing produced).

* Work with the Starliner team to eliminate/minimize impacts.

* Represent facilities in production and conflict resolution meetings.

*

Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.

*

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

*

Analyzes and interprets data.

*

Typical Education Requirement

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills and Qualification

Must possess at least ten years Facilities experience.

*

Must possess Human Space Flight experience.

*

Must have experience working with hand and power tools to construct, renovate and repair facilities and equipment

*

Must possess experience working on Government Facilities contracts.

*

Must have experience working with Facilities Subcontractors.

*

Must have experience on Facilities Projects Experience.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
