Role Summary:
The Manufacturing Operations Associate at the Rutland facility will work in a fast-paced teaming environment. In this role, you will perform a variety of production tasks including setup and operation of basic and CNC machines as well as other duties. You will be multi-skilled in accordance with rigorous quality and safety practices and procedures. In addition, you may be required to perform additional skills such as bench, broaching, forming, and batch processing.

Essential Responsibilities:
We offer a dynamic, fast-paced work environment supporting jet engine fan and compressor airfoils production. We offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay for entry-level jobs varies from $19.05 to $23.86 with opportunities to bid into positions of higher responsibilities and pay. Qualifications/Requirements:

* High School Diploma/GED

* Minimum one year of manufacturing experience or equivalent

* Willingness to work overtime as required

* Willingness to work both 2nd and 3rd shift

Desired Characteristics:

* Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills

Team Player
* Ability to coordinate multiple priorities at the same time.
*
Machining experience
Certified Production Technician certification

* Vo-tech training or related coursework

* Strong communication and facilitation skills

* Troubleshooting and leadership skills.
