Revenue and Market analysis effectively provides decision-supporting ad hoc analytical support, RM cross-functional process support and communication, and cross-commercial engagement and context to drive industry-leading, customer-focused pricing and revenue management. A successful candidate for manager will lead a team of analysts who collaborate with cross commercial partners, communicate with senior RM leaders, and provide data support to the Latin RM Team. The candidate must have strong relationship building, and be able to communicate data outcomes to peers, leaders and key stakeholders within the Commercial and matrix teams.
Primary Functions
Lead a team of individual contributors responsible for cross-functional analytical support for Latin Inventory and Pricing
Develop individual analysts, preparing them to move up the responsibility curve; identify and invest in potential future leaders on the team
Collaborate with Pricing and Inventory to uncover and address new opportunities and optimize current strategies to maximize revenue, RASM, and share
Plan, prepare and deliver presentations to senior leaders both inside and outside of Revenue Management
Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work effectively, gain consensus and deliver complex projects within matrix teams and with representatives from the Commercial business units

Job Qualifications
College degree required. Prefer major in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, or Engineering
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to help mentor newer members on the team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to distill complex ideas into simple messages
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
High degree of initiative and drive, and ability to manage numerous responsibilities in a fast paced environment
Experience with or ability to learn business planning and analysis software tools such as SAS, Hyperion/Brio, and other PRM tools
