Position Description

Responsible for management of all related marketing activities for the NAFTA region covering ICP, XRF, SMA, MMA, HHXRF and the Service products. This person will be responsible for establishing market strategies in conjunction with senior management and the assistance of the industry and various product managers, implementation of set strategies, and direction of the marketing resources (internal or external) to execute all planned activities. This individual will also be responsible for setting the marketing budget, watching the monthly spend to plan, creating the promotion plan, approving all trade shows, advertising, and any other cost related events. The Marketing Manager will need to have consistent communication with divisional marketing, corporate marketing, sales, and service to maintain control over projects and direct and manage all promotional activities, trade shows, internal status reporting and competitive strategies. This position will be the main interface to outside advertising agencies and other contractors used by the company to execute planned activities.

Position Requirements

•Development of yearly and longer term marketing strategies and regional business plans.
•Create and implement promotional activities per product lines and industries.
•Implement and present pricing and distribution policies within marketing guidelines
•Maintain constant communication with sales, product management, divisional marketing and service.
•Create and maintain NAFTA marketing budgets
•Maintain and direct regional branding and presence through website, sales materials and any point of sales or external documentation.
•Maintain internal communication through announcements and newsletters.
•Responsibility for setting industry and product positioning within NAFTA region
•Assist Divisional Marketing group (Kleve) on projects as requested.
•Maintain competitive information and develop strategy to promote advantages and how to capitalize on competitors weaknesses or create weaknesses
•Provide market information to top level management on acquisition candidates or technologies being considered.
•Management of Lead process and strategy including SharpSpring and SFDC lead automation.
•Must be able to travel as needed (approximately 30% of time)
•Must be organized and able to create high level reports and strategic documents
•Excellent communication skills required
