Job Description

Executive Jet Management is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team of aviation professionals, located at our Lunken Airport headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. In addition to general marketing administration duties and corporate brand management, our Marketing Specialist has primary responsibilities in the following key marketing areas: 

  • Digital marketing and media programs ownership, including working closely with our digital media partner to maximize our SEO/SEM program, developing content for and executing a comprehensive social media plan (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), maintaining our corporate website, and creating/maintaining ROI/lead tracking reports for all digital media campaigns. Responsibilities also include maintaining our online company store and assisting in developing our branded ad specialties inventory. 
  • Corporate event support, including assisting in the planning, execution, and follow up for several main industry events as well as annual company-sponsored/hosted meetings and conferences. Also, provides corporate support to our out based sales team with regional events and sponsorships. 
  • Customer loyalty and sales prospecting projects, including helping create or update and manage specialty print and digital campaigns and company collateral. Our Marketing Specialist also coordinates the photography of all new retail charter aircraft and is integral to the marketing onboarding process for all new aircraft management customers.

  • Internal communications support, including assisting in creating content for and distribution of timely team newsletters, keeping our company intranet fresh with compelling information and updates, and helping write and distribute other internal messages as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor of Arts in marketing or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years in marketing/marketing communications or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding written communications skills, especially with promotional copy-writing and business communications.
  • Aptitude in graphic design using the Adobe Creative Suite. Must have an eye for design and be especially comfortable using PhotoShop and InDesign.
  • Experience using, monitoring, and reporting on metrics for major social media platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under fast-paced, quickly-changing conditions.
  • Confidence to think quickly and act decisively.
  • Desire to work independently with minimal direction, but also to collaborate with marketing team and cross-functionally to reach company objectives. 

This position reports to the Director, Marketing and Communications. Although it would be a plus, candidates need not have any prior experience in the aviation field. Ideally, we are seeking an enthusiastic and eager marketing professional who is passionate about telling the EJM story, keen on supporting our sales team's efforts in the field, and dedicated to the success and growth of our fellow colleagues.
