This position will be in support of multiple mechanical analysis projects supporting our customers. The engineer will work under a senior engineers’ guidance to support the design, integration, and installation of sustainment projects. The engineer will work under a senior engineers’ guidance create new concepts, work to ensure proper artwork generation, implement design changes of existing products, address obsolete components, and write Engineering Change Orders as required. The engineer will assist with the development of technical documentation and publications relating to users, systems, processes, workflows, operations, products, and services.


Education:  This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited institution.

 

Experience/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Aerospace or military experience are definite pluses.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge of finite element analysis techniques, SolidWorks or AutoCAD. The candidate must have good oral and written communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
