American Airlines Federal Credit Union has multiple openings for full-time Member Services Representatives in the Member Advocacy Center at its headquarters located in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Responsibilities include servicing a high volume of inbound calls to assist members with Credit Union accounts and provide information about products and services such as ATMs, Loans, Credit Insurance, Checking and Savings accounts, On-Line banking, Visa Check Card and Call-24. In addition, you will be responsible for performing teller transactions and other duties as assigned. Position offers opportunities for future advancement.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.
Job level to be determined based upon qualifications and experience of the selected candidates.
Department hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Shift coverage and overtime may be required based upon business needs.
