Job Description

  • Responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve business problems in various departments at American Airlines.
  • Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and recommend changes.
  • Modify existing Genesys Interactive Insights based on customer requirements.
  • Create new contact center related reports based on the Genesys Infomart and Interactive Insights schemas.
  • Deploy SAP Business Objects as a part of Genesys Interactive Insights deployment.
  • Experience with and an applied knowledge of Genesys 8.x products, and TDM/VoIP Technologies for Contact Center Solutions.  Proven skills with Infomart, GI2/Business Objects, CCPulse, Interaction workspace (IWS), Outbound.
  • Experience with key contact center technologies and system/application such as IVR, Automated Call Distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Workforce Management (WFM), and multi-contact reporting solutions of email, chat and social platform.
  • Experience maintaining relational database such as Oracle, MS SQL.
  • Provide maintenance support for contact center reports and have regular interaction with Contact center data consumers.
  • Infrastructure Implementation of Changes, Releases and Upgrades
  • Assist management in providing work direction and technical guidance to analysts supporting customers within the Contact Center Data solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the development process from inception through transition.
  • Use object-oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct, and test reusable objects, including developing applications to interface with other systems.
  • Perform programming tasks and systems analysis to maintain and control the use of computer systems software as a systems programmer.
  • Perform revision, repair, and/or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency and/or to adapt to new requirements.
  • Work closely with Project Manager to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
