Responds to customer�s inquiries or complaints regarding company�s products or services.

Responsibilities:

Determines best method to resolve complex customer service problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Coordinates information to promote sales and resolve problems. Informs customers of procedures or resolution of problem. Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction. Makes periodic calls to existing customers to determine satisfaction with the company, products or services. May sell company products by either inbound or outbound telephone calls. Maintains database records of customer and product information and prepares reports. Position requires a thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, products and services.

This is a rotating shift. On Thursdays and Fridays, this position is a Driver for the company.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with 0-1 years of related experience. Post high school coursework or professional certification preferred.
