Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is looking to hire an Owner Services Account Manager to work at our Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Arrange passenger catering, transportation and other needs.
Coordinate with Dispatchers to verify regulations and duty day limitations.
Monitor changes to trip scheduling and the resulting implications to the overall operation of the aircraft.
Brief crews for domestic Part 91 flights.
Provide managed aircraft availability to Charter Fulfillment and work with them to fulfill owner charter requirements.
Manage work tools such as: phones, multiple email boxes and internal databases.
Remain flexible for scheduling to ensure operational coverage.
1-3 years' aviation or high-end customer based service.
Detail oriented, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate good judgment and be proactively resourceful.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and communicate moderately complex material.
Able to effectively work collaboratively with other departments and within team based work environment in Owner Services.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and crew members to maximize client satisfaction.
Capable of maintaining corporate and job-related confidential information. Position is required to give and/or receive information in person, over the telephone, or in writing regarding practices, procedures, problems, work in progress, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Business or equivalent.
5+ years' previous experience working in an airline, business jet or fractional airline in an Owner Services or equivalent position.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of FARs (Federal Aviation Regulations).
Knowledge of airline operations.
