SUMMARY
Compiles records concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to the following – other duties may be assigned)
Responsible for the disposition of Green Tagged parts.
Responsible for the disposition of tool calibrations.
Enters data into the inventory control system (“DASH”) receivers, transfers, reductions, P.O.’s, etc.
Maintains files.
Initiates parts order requisitions when stock levels fall below minimum.
Uses the inventory control system “DASH” to trouble-shoot faulty part numbers/serial numbers issued or transferred between Ameriflight outstations.
Assists with physical inventories.
Aids with shipping/receiving paperwork and systems input.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general degree (GED) preferred; three months to a year related experience and/or training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Basic data entry skills required.
