Honeywell’s Assurance 360 Program is a flexible outcome-based services solution helping Customers to maintain, support and optimize the performance of their automation systems and maximize business benefits. Every outcome-based contract will have a Performance Manager responsible for managing the delivery and the performance of the agreement. The Performance Manager is the point of accountability for the Honeywell’s obligations in delivering the Program as well as fostering a long term and continuous relationship development between Honeywell and the Customer.


* Manage the delivery and performance of the contract scope

* Review and advise the Customer on all contract deliverables

* Act as the Customer’s advocate within Honeywell and direct Customer issues to the appropriate supporting functions within Honeywell

* Develop the Project Execution Plan and Program Reports and keep them updated in a timely and accurate manner

* Develop the Program Health and Safety (HSE) Plan and ensure compliance with Customer ‘s specific HSE requirements

* Communicate with the Customer in accordance with specific communications plan (supported by Stakeholder Analysis and RASCI) to ensure they are well informed and their specific expectations and requirements are understood and managed

* Track and report the results contributing to the Balanced Scorecard and analyze results to identify and implement performance improvement actions

* Review system performance metrics and plan / manage accordingly

* Be a change agent and influence, consult, and lead efforts for sharing and standardizing of best practices and processes within Honeywell and the Customer

* Review all significant Customer change requests and include an operational risk/benefit assessment

* Oversee remote and site works change management to ensure approved processes are followed and successful outcomes achieved

* Oversee all upgrades and migrations, and participate in all pre-outage planning meetings

* Help resolve incidents, troubleshoot problems, including an escalation process for the Customer

* Ensure all products, projects, solutions are supportable throughout Honeywell

* Oversee the incident management process, including escalation when required

* Manage the escalation process (per Incident Management procedure)

* Manage effectively and efficiently the scope delivery within budgeted cost allowances and identify scope growth opportunities

* Manage 3rd party underpinning contracts to ensure cost effective, appropriate quality and timely performance

* Communicate training needs that would improve system performance or reliability (including Training Needs Assessment, Training Plan and Competency Matrix for Honeywell & Customer team members)

* Coordinate with GTAC Performance Lead to obtain information on service requests status, etc.

* Coordinate activities of multiple functional supporting groups such as:

* Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC)

* Development Engineering (DE)

* Remote Support Centre (RSC)

* Advanced Application Engineers (AS) Industrial IT Solutions Consultants (IITS)

* Account Manager – AM, Field Service Manager – FSM, Field Operations Leader – FOL, Contract Manager – CM, Service Business Manager – SBM, Breakthrough Initiative Leader – BTI Leader & Project Engineering

* Pole and Global Assurance 360 Management

* 60% travel required


Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

* 10+ years of Customer delivery in services &/or project environment.

* 10 years of experience with automation and process controls

* Valid Alberta Class 5/GDL License.

Additional Qualifications:

* Appropriate technical/business qualification for role

* Six Sigma Certification

* Green Belt Project Execution

* ITIL Certification preferred

* Extensive experience in the Industrial Automation or Relevant Industry

* Systems integration

* Field Service experience

* Process Automation

* Exceptional communication verbal, written and presentation communication skills

* Project Management proficiency

* Microsoft Office Expertise
