Develop and execute rotating monthly multi-pronged sourcing plans with the First Officer Pilot Recruitment Team
Build-out talent networks, influencers and industry sources to develop an on-going pool of pilot candidates.
Deploy competitive intelligence resources and create recruiting opportunities that draw experienced pilots.
Proactively network with internal stakeholders to build a strong pilot referral program that attracts quality candidates.
Ensure a premier recruiting candidate experience is maintained throughout the sourcing process and high touch candidate experience exists throughout the interview and offer/onboarding process that will differentiate PSA from their competitors.
Collaborate with on-site interview teams and support the offer and negotiation process.
Establish with the Director of Pilot Recruiting, recruiting program metrics and monitor to ensure program success.
Is responsible for ensuring the Newton and CRM systems are implemented and utilized to maintain pilot candidate data throughout the full cycle recruiting process.
Prepare updates on recruiting status with Director of Recruiting, by highlighting successes and recommend areas for potential improvement.
Determine recruiting training development programs needed for current team of HR Pilot Recruiting roles and Pilot Recruiters.
Ensure Human Resources policies, processes and practices are executed consistently across the organization.
Other pilot hiring initiatives or projects, as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has some supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with an expectation of occasional evening and weekend hours as job duties demand.
Travel: Travel is required of this position, up to 25% as needed to attend career and hiring in off-site locations to meet with pilot candidates.
Required Education and Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in Aviation or have extensive recruiting experience in the airline or related industry. Knowledge of or ability to learn and utilize applicant tracking systems, CRM tools and virtual recruiting tools. Ability to use or learn how to use online screening tools and technology to build efficiencies into the overall recruiting process. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: 5 years of recruiting experience in the airline or related industry.
