Job Summary: The Product Line Manager position assists the Director of Engine & Airframe Materials and oversees all engine or airframe material both in stock and incoming. The includes all facets of engine teardowns, repairs and asset management.

It requires that one be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with all day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordination of material teardowns, project timelines and logistics
• Identification of material needing repair, handling of repair decisions and repair team coordination
• Build and maintain close working relationships with repair vendors
• Negotiate repair discounts with higher volume vendors
• Maintain backlogged material
• Communication with Sales in terms of material pricing, broker opportunities and push lists
• Valuation of material including market availability and trends
• Maintain high energy, cooperative and positive attitude and great sense of humor
• Other tasks and projects as directed by management

Required Experience:

• A bachelor's or master’s degree and at least five years’ experience in a product or project-management role
• Prior aviation industry experience required
• Strong communication, consultation, and relationship management skills 

• Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
